Components
These three components are measured live on every page load: a direct database query, a connection attempt to the job queue, and the maintenance mode flag.
- API
- The data source behind the customer panel and the website.
- Database
- Service, invoice and account records. Checked with a live query on every request.
- Job queue
- Server provisioning, reinstall and bulk notification jobs.
Network and external services
This table is read live from our Datafex monitoring system (Uptime Kuma); the 24-hour uptime ratio and the last measured latency are real data. When a new link or service is added to monitoring, this table picks it up automatically.

What does this page measure?
The three components above are measured live on every page load. The network and external service table is read from our monitoring system and shows real 24-hour uptime. You can follow your own server's state in the service detail page of the customer panel, and report any network-side issue through a support ticket.
